Micro Enterprise Loan Program

The Micro Enterprise Loan Program is intended to help entrepreneurs find capital to start a business in the Grants Pass city limits.

It is a collaboration between the City, the Rogue Community College Business Development Center (Center), and the Illinois Valley Community Development Organization (Organization).

Micro Enterprise Loans may be as much as $25,000. The prospective businesses work with the Center and Organization to qualify for a loan. The City of Grants Pass provides the funding upon approval.

All loans are subject to a 1% loan fee and a one-time application fee by the Organization.

The Organization manages the loan on behalf of the City of Grants Pass and coordinates with the Center for technical assistance with loan application review and loan client management.

The Center remains in contact with the client for the duration of the loan and provides counseling assistance as needed.
