Here in Human Resources we also handle classification and compensation; administration of policies, benefits and worker’s compensation; labor relations; employee development; and recruitment and selection.

The City of Grants Pass determines starting pay within the range based on relevant education and experience as provided by the applicant in their application materials. This process is consistent with the Oregon Equal Pay Act (OEPA).
Internet browsers currently supported by the City’s online application tool (NEOGOV) are Internet Explorer 11, Google Chrome 47 or higher and Microsoft Edge 25 or higher. NEOGOV may not work if you are using a lower version or different type of browser, such as Safari.
