The City of Grants Pass utility customers have the option to receive notification of their bills electronically. You may elect to receive only emails containing your new bill; or you can receive them in addition to your paper statements.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the City is notified of any changes to your email address.
It is not the City of Grants Pass' responsibility if email notification fails due to an expired or inactive email account. Electronic bill notification may be cancelled by The City of Grants Pass or the customer at any time.
