The City of Grants Pass utility customers have the option to receive notification of their bills electronically. You may elect to receive only emails containing your new bill; or you can receive them in addition to your paper statements.
Requesting Electronic Bill Notification
If you would like to participate in this service, please provide the following information:
- Customer Name
- Service Address
- Mailing Address
- Account Number
- Preference for electronic bill only or electronic and paper bill
- Email address to send notification

Changes to your Email Address
It is your responsibility to make sure the City is notified of any changes to your email address.
It is not the City of Grants Pass' responsibility if email notification fails due to an expired or inactive email account.
Cancellation
Electronic bill notification may be cancelled by The City of Grants Pass or the customer at any time.
