The Fall Family Festival will be held at the River Valley Church on Halloween night between the hours of 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm. 'D' Street will be closed from 6th to 7th street.
The church parking lot as well as the gravel parking lot behind the Powderhorn Restaurant will be used for the festivities.
