To Whom It May Concern:
Section 13.104 General Provisions for Construction in the Steep Slope Hazard Area requires that construction work disturbing the soil or affecting the natural drainage and runoff shall be scheduled to terminate not later than October 15th.
Based upon the weather forecast by AccuWeather, construction time has been extended until November 1, 2018. At that time, the extended forecast will be reviewed to determine whether a second two week extension may be granted. Section 13.140(3) provides for a maximum thirty (30) day extension.
