The City of Grants Pass is still accepting applications for two vacancies on the Collaborative Economic Development Committee.
The CEDC is an advisory committee to the City of Grants Pass and Josephine County and will be responsible for the implementation of the joint Economic Development Strategic Plan adopted by the Grants Pass City Council and Josephine County Board of Commissioners. The Economic Development Strategic Plan can be found on the City website. Target areas include: Services, Infrastructure, and Workforce Development.
The special qualification/experience for these positions are in Business Retail or Manufacturing & Industrial. All members of the CEDC must be at least 18 years of age and reside within the boundaries of Josephine County.
Applications are available at the City Administration Office, 101 N.W. A Street, Room 205, or online at www.grantspassoregon.gov/committee-application. Applications must be received no later than 5 p.m. Monday, April 22, 2019. Appointments will be made by the Council at the City Council meeting on Wednesday, May 1, 2019.
