[ARCHIVED] CDBG 5-Year Consolidated Plan Needs and Priorities Survey

City Press Releases Downtown

Each year the City of Grants Pass receives Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to be used for projects which predominately benefit low- to moderate income persons, prevent/eliminate blight, or meet urgent community needs which pose a serious threat to the health, safety and welfare of citizens.

The City is preparing a new 5-Year Consolidated Plan for 2020-2024 and a new Year 1 Annual Action Plan for 2020-2021. To assist with the development of the plans, the City would like your input to help identify critical housing and community development needs and priorities. Help us identify how CDBG or other publicly funded activities will address the needs of the City’s predominately lower-income households. A link to a Survey is attached to help the City gather this important information. Please take some time to fill the Survey out. Further information regarding the City’s CDBG program can be found here.  Thank you for taking the time to complete the Survey. The City appreciates all your comments and suggestions.
