Unfortunately the city’s Citizen’s Self Service automatic bill payment system is suffering technical difficulties at this time. City staff is addressing the problem, and hopes to have the systems up and running again as soon as possible.
Customer Service & Utility Billing staff members are working to reply to emails and phone calls received from the public regarding the issue.
The city will issue an update once the technical problems have been resolved and the Citizen’s Self Service automatic bill payment system is functioning again.
