GRANTS PASS – Applications are being accepted for two positions on the Collaborative Economic Development Committee (CEDC) due to expiring terms. These are three-year appointments.
The CEDC is an advisory committee to the City of Grants Pass and Josephine County responsible for the implementation of the joint Economic Development Strategic Plan adopted by the Grants Pass City Council and Josephine County Board of Commissioners.

Target areas include services, infrastructure, and workforce development topics. All members of the CEDC must be at least 18 years of age and reside within the boundaries of Josephine County.
The open positions seek members with special qualifications in manufacturing/industrial work and finance/commercial lending/real estate. Residents in these fields are encouraged to apply.
Applications are available at the City Administration Office, 101 N.W. A St., or online at www.grantspassoregon.gov/committee-application. Applications must be received no later than 5 p.m. Friday, July 16. Applications will be reviewed by the committee, Thursday, July 22. Appointments will be made by the city council at their meeting Wednesday, Aug. 4.
