Applications are being accepted for two positions on the Performance Audit, Visioning and Enhancement (PAVE) Committee. There are Special Qualifications for these positions.
One position will be filled by a citizen representative with experience working with municipal community development programs as a developer (customer) or in the municipal role of planning, land use, permitting, or building inspections. The PAVE Committee will be overseeing the creation of an operations plan for the City’s Community Development programs and the term lasts for the period of the project.
The other position is a two-year appointment and will be filled by a citizen representative with financial and/or operational audit experience.
This Committee is to promote excellence in the City of Grants Pass by providing oversight and recommendations for internal and external audits and program assessments with accompanying plans for improvement.
• Review and recommend contracts for performance engagements.
• Provide input on findings and strategic plans prepared by the contractors to the City Council.
