Applications are still being accepted to fill a vacancy on
the Committee on Public Art for the City of Grants Pass due to a
resignation. This term expires January
1, 2018.
The purpose of this committee is to provide the Grants Pass
City Council with information pertaining to public art; create opportunities
for the placement of art in public locations; and to promote collaboration
between city departments, artists, architects, developers and property owners.
There are no mandatory membership categories.
Representatives will generally represent visual arts, performing arts and art
education fields.

www.grantspassoregon.gov/committee-application.
Applications must be received no later than 5 p.m. on Monday, September
11, 2017. Appointments will be made by the Council at the City of Grants Pass
Council meeting on Wednesday, September 20, 2017.
