Who needs to be prequalified with the City of Grants Pass?
  • Per Chapter 9.37 of the City of Grants Pass Municipal Code, all contractors must be prequalified to work on projects involving the construction of public facilities. Public facilities typically include, but are not limited to, any structures in the right of way, sidewalks, streets and utilities.
  • To bid on Capital Projects for the City of Grants Pass, bidders must be prequalified in conformance with Oregon Revised Statue 279C.430 or the Grants Pass Municipal Code.
  • Please note that if you are working in the City of Grants Pass, you will need to obtain your Grants Pass Business License through the City Finance Department
