Are fireworks legal in Grants Pass?

The Grants Pass Department of Public Safety wants every one to have a fun and safe Fourth of July. The safest way to enjoy fireworks is to attend a public display conducted by trained professionals.

  • All fireworks are banned within the Grants Pass city limits,
    • Exception: The 4th of July, and then only between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
  • All fireworks are always banned within the wildfire hazard areas (see below for maps and description).
