The RFP and supporting materials may be acquired on or after Monday, March 22, 2021 and may be obtained from the City of Grants Pass. Contact Jason Canady via email for download instructions.
Qualifications:
Proposals must be fully compliant with the requirements contained within the RFP in Section D. The Proposals will be reviewed and evaluated using the two-step, best-value selection process described in Section D of the RFP.

Proposals in response to this Solicitation must be submitted to Karen Frerk, City Recorder, at 101 NW A Street, Grants Pass, Oregon, 97526 and must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. local time, Monday, May 24, 2021.

Special Requirements:
Mandatory Confidential Meetings (four-hour blocks of time – 8 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 5 pm, each day) will be held individually with interested Proposers on April 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16, 2021 in the Ridge Room located at 101 NW A Street (City Hall) and will be scheduled for 4-hours per Proposer. Attendance will be limited to five individuals from the Design Builder team. After a brief orientation provided by the City, Proposers will lead a question-and-answer session. Following the meeting, meeting participants will be provided the opportunity to visit the existing and proposed sites with City staff. Proposers shall advise the City's Public Works Director by 1:00 p.m. local time, March 31, 2021, of the names of individuals who will attend the Mandatory Confidential Meeting as well as preferred dates and time slots for the meeting and provide an agenda for the meeting which includes a list of discussion items, inquiries, and questions. Additional information on the Mandatory Confidential Meeting is contained within the RFP in Section C.
Miscellaneous:
Proposers shall not contact City Staff, the Owner's Representative, City Council Members, or elected officials of the City concerning the Project during the procurement process. A violation of this provision may result in disqualification of the proposing team. No oral communications from the City or other individuals is binding.

In no event will the City be liable for any costs incurred by any Proposer or any other party in developing or submitting a Proposal.
