The City of Grants Pass (City) is requesting qualifications from firms interested in providing facilities master planning services for the City Maintenance Yard located at 650 SE H Street in Grants Pass, Oregon. A qualified firm is being sought to assist the City with developing long-range facilities needs for the various Public Works divisions that utilize the yard for business offices, storage, fleet services, shops, vehicle/equipment parking, and material laydown purposes. The study will create a multi-year planning model that will be used to develop projects and program funding for improvements necessary for the Public Works Department to efficiently meet the current and future needs.
