The City is seeking a five (5) year contract service from qualified photogrammetric firms with the necessary equipment, experience and personnel needed to create three (3) biennial color digital orthophotography with deliverables enumerated in Attachment A: Statement of Work. The Contractor will collect and post-process aerial imagery to produce seamless orthophotography with a minimum horizontal accuracy of +/-2 feet and a pixel resolution of six (6”) inches at a minimum of 32-bit depth for the area defined in the Statement of Work. The project area includes the City of Grants Pass UGB plus additional areas composing our main area of interest which is approximately 42-square miles. 

The City is also requesting separate pricing for four (4) optional tasks. These options may be exercised at the discretion of the City and can only be started with City authorization.
